I really appreciated that they invited me to a property walkthrough, showing their commitment to transparency. In a tough market, they stepped up and put their own money into a deal when needed, which instilled a lot of investor confidence. One of their deals went full cycle with an excellent return, and I’m currently invested in two active deals with them.
